Abdulrahman Eldabak is a management consultant with a demonstrated experience in establishing and managing Project Management Offices (PMOs). He built his career as a project manager with a top-tier Libyan company, starting as an engineer and evolving to hold supervision and managerial roles on multiple large and complex telco/ tech projects, including ERP deployments, HR projects, and other technology projects. His contributions included creating PMO business processes in accordance to international models and best practices, maintaining and implementing lessons-learned from ongoing and completed projects, as well as liaising between PMO and other departments. He was also involved in designing and defining requirements for new products as well as managing the scope, time, and budget for ongoing projects. He is currently a management consultant at MTC focusing on PMO establishment and maturity according to CMMI® and other reference models, creating PMO structure, and developing customers’ PMOs and helping them grow and maintain their project management capabilities and processes. He also developed a project intake process that helps customers prioritize their initiatives and estimate their complexity in order to allow for better planning. Abdulrahman Eldabak is MTCs PPM expert and holds a bachelor’s degree of engineering from the University of Tripoli. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), certified Six Sigma Yellow belt (SSYB®), and Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC®). That is in addition holds numerous certifications in digital transformation and maturity from tmforum® such as Business Process Framework (eTOM®), Customer Experience Management (CEM®) and other Frameworx® certifications . He is also a certified trainer by RMC® Learning Solutions.
