Ahmed Almakhzanji is a management consultant at Makman Technology Consulting (MTC) who started his career at Etisalat Naweea Co. (ENC) as a network engineer and then a leader to the strategic sales team. He led and managed various aspects of complex projects including the National TETRA Network Project and played a leading role in compliance and quality operations. He later moved to Huawei Technologies to participate and lead multiple teams in a number of major key projects involving top-tier tech clients in Libya. He was also a member and a project lead at Hexa Connection, responsible for defining project scope and requirements as well as maintaining a comprehensive library of project documentations. Ahmed Almakhzanji is currently a management consultant at MTC mainly helping customers successfully achieve a higher level of project management maturity by benchmarking their current state against international standards and helping them define their future, to-be, state. He also contributed to the development of customer tailored project management methodologies, including complexity matrices for readiness to project portfolio management. That, in addition to his leading role in authoring a project management competency development program to help clients align their workforce with project management international standards. Having worked in multiple small cross-cultural teams in the past and on many organizational levels, Ahmed Almakhzanji was able to wear many hats allowing him to gain a good exposure on how organizations perform early on in his career.
