Mohamed Ezawi possesses work experiences and skills that transcend industry. He started his career in the domain of data analysis and processing in Schlumberger’s Data Consulting and Services (DCS), serving clients in Libya and Egypt. He had also served, simultaneously, as the quality steering committee manager in DCS, responsible for improving service quality and product delivery turnaround time, creating & maintaining standard operating procedures, as well as managing data sets of 100s of clients. His clients included Repsol, Total, Polish Oil & Gas, Apache Oil, and Kuwait Energy. After that, he joined the University of Tripoli as a part-time adjunct faculty, doing research and teaching topics related to data analysis, processing, and interpretation. At the same time, he joined Makman Technology Consulting (MTC) to serve as the Education Services Manager, leading all process & syllabus digitalization efforts, supporting with business development & marketing, and introducing new products to the market. That is in addition to leading all Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and managing local training vendors and international partners. All of his efforts were combined to establish a corporate academy, where he was responsible for building the entire process, training syllabus, and the academy’s website & social channels. He also served as a senior analyst providing professional support to all aspects of MTC's B2B service lines for Telecom, Technology, Energy, and Banking sectors. He is now the innovation lead at MTC, providing creative assistance in solving operational challenges pertaining to communication, invoicing, task management, CRM, and quality. He is applying business analysis, design thinking, human-centered design, and UX design principles to help launch and execute successful projects, both for MTC and its clients. He is also holding the voluntary role of Research Lead, where he created the overall process for research and publishing at MTC, managing all research and publishing initiatives, and leading the creation of digital content for media/ social channels. Mohamed Ezawi holds a master’s  degree from Michigan Technological University, USA. He also holds certifications in digital transformation, enterprise design thinking, innovation, entrepreneurship, agile/ scrum, system analysis, impact analysis, and gamification.
